Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and quiet split-level home.
Catch a sunset on the deck or a sunrise on the patio off the master bedroom.
We are in the rural and quiet part of town where it feels like you’re far away, but you’re right in the city of Vancouver! Stores like Walmart & Costco are only 10-12 minutes away. If you’re on vacation mode- Instacart delivers to this location!
This custom-built home lacks no details and most of the furniture and bedding are brand new.

Please note that there is a basement unit of the property that is rented out as well.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If possible, please put all dirty bed sheets (not including comforter or mattress protector) in the laundry along with any dirty towels.
Please be sure to be out of the house by 11AM. This is required so that the house can be cleaned before the next guests
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
