Rare Larger Corner Unit in Holiday Isles with wrap-around Balconies!

Fabulous Gulf Front, 3 bedroom, 3 bath end-unit with wrap-around balcony , located in Holiday Isles Resort. Holiday Isles is the premier building on Dauphin Island, and this is definitely THE premier unit in the entire building!

This unit has it all- Extra-large floor plan, with almost 1900 sq feet of beach-front living. Beautiful Gulf-front wrap-around balcony, with plenty of furniture for outside living, accessed from the Master bedroom, or from the living area. Floor to ceiling windows on the Gulf and west sides of the unit. The queen and double twin bedrooms also have access to a north-side balcony. Very well appointed unit with everything you will need, including beach towels. This unit is an corner unit that provides lots of privacy, and several outdoor balconies and living spaces that the other units cannot provide, all while still enjoying all the amenities of renting a condominium. (Note: the pictured wine chiller is not included and the jets in the pictured jacuzzi tub do not work.)

Holiday Isle is a low-density Gulf-front Condominium building located right on the Gulf of Mexico beach. Amenities include a beautiful, gulf-front pool, plus a heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, Steam Room, and Gulf-view Fitness center

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. This home is NOT pet-friendly.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The condo was beautiful (has been refurnished since pictures were taken) and incredibly spacious. Wonderful location - we just walked across the street every night for a meal and ice cream. Absolutely not crowded. The place to go when you want to get away from crowds and the rush.

perfect location

This is a great location and was very relaxing and quiet with excellent beach access. It is conveniently located near restaurants and all the area has to offer. The property is clean, has secure parking, and was well stocked. This was a family vacation - there was plenty of room and the 3 bathrooms were a plus. The property manager was very easy to work with and we appreciate that!

Make sure all TVs are working and have remotes Clean better, I cleaned the first hour of being there. Outdoors furniture was broken and we placed a weight under the leg of outdoor couch, one chair was missing back legs, Nice accommodation, would definitely stay with you again

Overall the property was nice. My only complaint was not being able to watch TV, most of the stations didn't show on one TV and none on the other.The repair man showed up a day before we left and we didn't know he was coming.

Great first time trip to dauphin island

Great location. Very large, spacious condo right on the beach. Husband and I spent 5 nights there with our two kids (toddlers) and one set of our parents. 6 people total; plenty of room! The heater for the pool was turned off for repairs/maintenance and the outdoor pool was completely out of use. Seeing that it was a bit chilly in late february, we really could have benefited from the use of the pool but thought it was much too cold for a swim. This is the reason for 4 stars out of 5. Overall, recommend this location!

Pictures are deceiving

The twin bedroom and the queen bedroom were smaller than the pictures showed. Both bedrooms had tvs that did not work. A call to the support of the unit, only said they have called to have it fixed. The 4 night stay, these tvs were not fixed and the initial response was all we received.

This property was very nice, but it need a little tender loving care. The paint could use a little sprucing up. The fridge and microwave need to be replaced. The hot water heater needs to be replaced. We had to wait between shower to have enough hot water. The shower still ended up cold before we were done. The lock box was broken and we had to meet someone from the management company to get in and our key card stopped working once. It took well over an hour before someone showed up to let us in. The location was awesome. The beach was very private.

Large unit perfect for family or friends

We had a lovely stay on Dauphin Island in this large condo located on the west side of the first floor. The condo is comfortable and had what we needed to a last minute get away. We were in contact with the management company who responded promptly after we had a glitch getting into the condo. This was resolved quickly and was likely my error. We appreciated the quick response.The condo has a lovely balcony where we spent a lot of time, and a wonderful two-sided floor to ceiling window to see the water whenever you were in the primary living area or kitchen. The condo owner has installed a floor to ceiling window covering to help shield from the afternoon sun and that is much appreciated. Be aware that you are on the first floor and while that can be convenient, you are close to the area that was being used to access the beach so people were frequently walking by. That will likely change when the boardwalk to the beach is completed later this spring. The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. Keep an eye on the coffee maker as we couldn't find the automatic turn off. Also, be sure to clean the dryer filter after every use to help the dryer work effectly. Overall a nice stay and we appreciated being in this home.

Our vacation

I love the island we are from mobile. I will not book at the holiday isle again. I was in the parking garage waiting with my kids for my best friend to come back across the street from the ice cream shop when a man in the parking garage comes up with to me asking for my room number. I explain Sir im a woman alone with two kids I will not give you my room number it’s not safe. He said well I am security… I said okay prove it .. he said I have no proof.. I said well then for my safety I cannot give you my room number. He then said I’m a owner and I’m on the security committee I am gonna call the cops I said go ahead. He got so closed to me and touched me on my arm I said I said sir do not touch me. I am so upset I called my husband he came out and confronted the man. This is Not the way fo treat guest. I will never go back.

It was a great property and we really enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues; a few dirty utensils, appears to be mold in master bath shower and bath shower closest to the kitchen. Beautiful condo, beautiful view of the beach. Comfortable beds, great kitchen. Plenty of seating for family staying at another condo in the unit to come over for games and fun. Manager responded quickly to a couple of minor issues. Parking was convenient. Had a great time.
