Mountain-front Condo Sleeps 8 + Sauna

Tucked at the base of Mt. Crested Butte and just steps from the Silver Queen lift, this cozy condo is all about location and adventure. Comfortably sleeps 8 with three bedrooms, a mix of beds, and a private dry sauna to relax after the slopes. The interiors are cozy and functional—a perfect home base for skiers, hikers, and mountain lovers. Includes a dedicated parking space and quick access to restaurants, rentals, and trails.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors, please review our simple house rules:

1. No Pets Allowed
We love animals, but this condo is a pet-free zone to ensure comfort and safety for all guests. Thanks for understanding!

2. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Please respect our mountain neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. The fresh air’s even better when it’s peaceful.

3. No Parties or Events
This is a home, not a hotspot. Let’s keep it cozy, not crowded.

4. No Smoking or Vaping (Inside or On Balconies)
Smoking of any kind is not permitted. A $250 fee will be charged for violations.

5. Respect the Space
Treat the condo as if it were your own—clean up after yourself, use gear and appliances responsibly, and report any damage.

6. Maximum Occupancy
Please adhere to the number of guests on your reservation. It helps us ensure safety and comfort.

7. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: After 4 PM
Check-out: By 10 AM
Late check-out may incur a fee unless approved in advance.

8. A fully refundable $300 damage deposit will be collected via secure Stripe payment link 48 hours before check-in. It will be refunded within 72 hours of checkout, pending inspection.

9. Parking
Parking is strictly regulated on the mountain. There is one parking pass available with your reservation and the pass is available upon check-in inside your rental. This unit is on the fourth floor and does require stairs.

Great condo—perfect for our family of five (kids ages 12, 14, and 17). The unit was clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of space and bathrooms, making our stay very comfortable. One of our favorite parts was waking up to the ski lifts and enjoying coffee while watching people ski—such a great way to start the day.The location couldn’t be better—steps from the slopes and so convenient to coffee shops, ice cream, and rentals. We were especially thankful for the washer and dryer. Loading in and moving out was a bit cumbersome, but the convenience and location made it well worth it. The only thing we would change is a larger bed in the downstairs bedroom.Overall, a fantastic condo with no complaints. We would absolutely stay here again.P.S. Highly recommend Food Dudes—they’re an excellent grocery delivery service. Everything was fully stocked and put away before we arrived, which was a huge help and totally worth it!

Very difficult to get address and entry instructions. Billing on credit card created lots of problems with the weird name.Much to crowded- should have eliminated the bedroom on the bottom floor and made the floor only a living room and kitchen/dining room.

We’ve had excellent feedback from all other guests regarding ease of access, but we’ll certainly review the communication to ensure nothing was missed in your case. Regarding billing, the property name may appear differently on credit card statements, which occasionally causes confusion, and we’re always happy to clarify this quickly if guests reach out. The layout of the home is accurately represented in our listing, and many guests appreciate the additional bedroom and flexible space on the lower floor. That said, we value all feedback and will keep your comments in mind for future improvements.
