Great location, very clean, nice layout, comfortable beds. Kitchen fairly well appointed. Listing indicated there was a grill and there was not one but otherwise listing info was accurate and Brent was very responsive and easy to work with. We have a student at LA. tech and will be coming often. We wiukd book the house again.

This home is a great place to stay! My family really enjoyed the back area - it was so cozy to sit and watch the sun rise in the morning, and have conversations late into the evening without bothering others while they were sleeping. The bedrooms were spacious and accommodating.

Super cute home on a nice quiet lot. Was the perfect house to share with another family of 3. Brent was also great with communicating. Hope to be back again next year.
