This home features a cozy living area along with a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience! The BEDS are amazingly comfy. Located near Tech Drive and I-20 for quick & easy access to all of Ruston. A short 13 minute drive to the Ruston Sports Complex making it the perfect option for travel ball families.

Guests say this area is peaceful, the home is quiet, and it’s easily accessible to La Tech, Grambling, Restaurants, Ruston Sports Complex, and Medical Facilities.

We thank you for staying with us and we hope you enjoyed your time here. Please note that checkout is at 10 AM. Please load & run the dishwasher & do not to leave dirty dishes in the sink.
Please clean off the countertops where applicable. We kindly ask to please leave the home as you found it. For your convenience, you do not need to strip the beds! You may leave used beds unmade.
Used bath towels may be left in bathtubs. Remove perishable food from the kitchen and refrigerator. Please remove trash from your unit and place in the large garbage bins at the end of the street.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please help us keep the plumbing running smoothly: ONLY flush toilet paper – NO wipes, feminine products, or anything other than toilet paper allowed.
If using self-tanner, we recommend bringing your own protective sheet or oversized towel to lay on top of the bed linens to prevent staining.

Great Rental! Communication with Mr Keith was second to none. He checked in on us periodically and replied instantly when we messaged him. The rental was immaculate and in a great part of town. We will definitely be back when in town again.

Enjoyed the stay, couldn’t have asked for for anything better. Location was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent as well. Keith was a great host. Checked on us multiple times to make sure things were satisfactory. The price was reasonable because there were 2 couples to share the cost. Not sure that I could have stayed having to pay the entire amount.

10/10 This was a wonderful stay! This honestly was one of the nicest stays we have ever had anywhere! The hosts have thought of just about every little detail--no guessing, no last second run for toilet paper. The house is relaxing, the beds are comfortable, the TVs are massive, the WiFi just works right, and you are literally 10 minutes or less from EVERYTHING in Ruston. We laughed as our GPS routed us a different way every time we went to LATech. We loved the stay, and we look forward to coming back in the future.
