This terrific property offers a private entrance to a 1 bedroom & 1 bath with a separate sitting room on the back of our home in an historic district of Fort Myers. Complete with some basic essentials like WiFi, AC, microwave, tiny fridge and keurig. (no kitchen) Our place unique with its own amazing pool & hot tub and multiple seating areas ideal for relaxation, that is only shared with the owners.

Why they chose this property
This house was a fixer-upper back in 2009. We are constantly improving the place, “our projects.” It’s a great neighborhood central to lots of the area and golf cart able.

We have a private pool and hot tub for outdoor enjoyment all year.
