Large condo with private deck in South Beach!
3 Bedrooms, sleeps 6 -7 people comfortably.
This penthouse has 1550 s/f of rooftop living looking out at the beach and ocean drive. Queen bed in the master with VIEW deck, 2 NEW double beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen bed in a small 3rd bedroom- a sleeper sofa Full kitchen with oven and refrigerator
We have Great view of ocean from the deck off the living room AND there is a huge deck off the master – sleeps 6-7 people
This is a great location right in south beach- you can walk to restaurants, shopping, clubs- and of course the beach!!
We have free wifi, are right across from the beach at 530 Ocean Dr., We have on-site staff, - a perfect place to relax and enjoy some fun and sun. App operated washer/dryer in the building

*$20 fee for all check ins after 8pm- $20 early check in fee (if early check in is available) $20 late check out fee (if available)
Furnishings and decorations may change or be updated
For guests with young children- we do have a pak n play crib available if needed and reserved but we are NOT child proofed
