This designer-appointed 3rd-floor Shipwatch villa is an oasis of elegant tranquility with a soft contemporary vibe and is just steps to the beach. This villa is in the heart of the vibrant West Beach area with easy access to Kiawah’s main gate.

The living room offers a 55-inch Ultra HD Samsung flat screen TV, swivel arm chairs and a luscious couch. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, an induction cooktop, dishwasher, Monogram refrigerator, GE Advantium microwave/convection oven, and four Lucite barstools.

The bedroom showcases a king bed with sumptuous bedding, blackout curtains, a 48-inch Ultra HD Samsung flat screen TV, and a door to the balcony. The updated bathroom features double sinks and a large tiled shower with a rainfall shower head. The covered balcony, accessible from the living room and bedroom, is the perfect spot to feel the ocean breeze as you relax on the comfortable deck chairs.

The villa is equipped with wireless internet. Elevators provide easy access to the villa and community washers and dryers are provided within the building.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards bike rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. Please note: Within the Shipwatch community, this credit is only valid for bike rentals.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of paved flat bike trails, golfing on one of the five world-class courses (check out the beautiful Cougar Point course located a short walk from the villa), playing tennis or just spending the day splashing in the waves enjoying Kiawah Islands 10 mile of unspoiled pristine beaches. On weekend evenings, enjoy the beautiful piano music at the Sanctuary Hotel Lobby Bar - an intimate space reminiscent of a parlor in a gracious Southern mansion from a bygone era. Also be sure to take a short bicycle ride to Freshfields Village, a unique open-air shopping and dining experience complete with more than 30 shops (including a well-stocked grocery store). Freshfields Village offers a diverse assortment of unique retail stores, restaurants, spa services, and a boutique hotel -Freshfields Village has something for everyone.

Kiawah Island is located about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, which is full of southern charm. Famous for its incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, and historic landmarks. Charleston has also become a world-class culinary capital, offering sumptuous dining options with food as rich in history as they are in flavor.

We have been coming to Kiawah for over 20 years and have stayed in various condos. Our stay this time was truly glorious. Accommodation is quiet, comfortable, elegant, and the kitchen is well equipped. The view from the balcony, relaxing, and the proximity of the beach peerless. I love the west beach setting. Great Space-But Bring Your Cleaning Supplies!

The unit was in a great location! While we appreciated the upgraded-looking design ( modern cabinets, flooring, bathroom, etc.), the furniture selection was not beach-friendly. The white couches and fabric chairs were stained, and the patio furniture was visibly dirty. Items like the kitchen utensils were also very tarnished and needed replaced. I am normally not a stickler about this sort of thing, but at this price, the place needs a deep clean. The check-in process was easy, and it was extremely quiet on the property. It would have been a great place if only better maintained.
