James and Jeffry were both accommodating and fantastic communicators. The property was conveniently located near the convention center and other essential amenities. Highly recommend!

The overall experience was not great. The pictures look bright and welcoming but the place is extremely worn and we felt extremely uncomfortable here. They were still cleaning when we arrived after check-in time and there was a ton fo stuff right outside the door. They did mention there was a leak and they had to redo the floors but I would have appreciated the honesty and given the opportunity to rebook becuase the place was still a mess. The kitchen was poorly stocked with limited glassware, the transition strip to the bathroom was just sitting on broken tile. The towel rack fell off the wall, the shower valves are backwards, the lamp is missing a shade, the bedroom window doesn't fully shut or lock and so you hear noise all night long and just generally HEAVY use and beat up walls. We thought let's just watch TV and get through the night, but the TV wasn't responding to the remote and even though they brought another remote, they just dropped it at the door and didn't check to make sure it worked but they did give is a bit of money back for the TV. Overall... we just did not enjoy this stay and would recommend the owners really take a look at the property and make some improvements and maybe that is just painting.
