This charming home boasts hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and oven, complete with charming white cabinets. The living room provides ample seating and features a flatscreen smart television, with the added convenience of a queen sofa sleeper. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet, and single vanity, while the master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and a flatscreen TV. The guest bedroom also features a queen-size bed, and the laundry/utility room includes a full-size washer and dryer, along with a full futon.
The private backyard offers a generous porch and a charcoal grill, perfect for outdoor relaxation.
Best of all, this house is within walking distance to Schlitterbahn waterpark, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, making it an ideal location for your vacation in New Braunfels.

We stock the property with all basic kitchen utensils (dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans). Our cleaning company provides a starter pack of toilet paper (2 rolls per restroom), paper towels (2 rolls in the kitchen), sponge (1), trash bags (3), dishwasher tablets (3), bar soap (1 per restroom), make-up wipes (2 per restroom), hand soap in the restrooms, and dish soap in the kitchen. We supply enough bath towels for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and half the guest count for hand towels and wash cloths. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for you to use at your convenience! We recommend for guests to bring any food, toiletries, and beach towels they may need during their stay!
The cleaning fee covers the cost for cleaning to come in, and flip the unit for the next arrival, especially during the summer when we have a four-hour turnover time. While the cost may seem high to some, this includes the starter pack of supplies in the unit, washing all of the linens and towels, and completely cleaning and sanitizing the unit for the next guests arrival. This is why we kindly ask you to remove all trash, run the dishwasher, and just put the linens and towels in a pile. If these items are not completed, it then causes the cleaning crew to spend extra time doing these tasks, which we have to charge the guest for. By the guests completing these tasks, and not leaving the unit excessively dirty, we are able to get cleaning in and out during the four hour turnover, and this is also how we are able to accommodate early check-ins! While this may not always be the case (sometimes we may have 20-40 turnovers in one day), we strive to accommodate guests and their schedules within reason, to allow you to have an enjoyable stay!
With any excessively dirty unit (excessive pet hair, vomit, stained sheets, stained towels, confetti/glitter, etc), we will have to charge the guest the additional cleaning. This happens very rarely, we just ask you be respectful of the property, as if it were your own home :). No smoking Dogs permitted with a $50 pet fee per pet, max 2 dogs. No puppies or aggressive breeds. Dogs only, no cats or other animals. Pets will not be allowed on furniture, and excessive barking will not be tolerated. Please clean up after your pet, and keep leashed at all times. Pet(s) will be approved by a representative of My NB Vacation prior to arrival (please let us know as soon as booking is made). No parties or events.
Additional rules -Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there's a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay). -Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach) -If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB -No day visitors (6 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children) -Max parking- 2 cars (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival) -For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom

This cottage was adorable with a good sized kitchen. We enjoyed sitting on the porch together, and the house was very close to all our activities. The property managers were very responsive during our stay.

a fantastic location to walk to restaurants, shops, bakeries, bars, AND events at Landa Park like Wurstfest; nice backyard for dogs, loved ability to put our car inside the gate; easy communication when needed; the deer every day all around were so neat to see; shower was good, bedding was very soft and comfortable mattress, too
Location was great, and it had everything we needed. House had a few deferred maintenance issues such as the shower door not closing correctly and non functioning lock on bathroom door. Overall we had a great stay.
The property was clean and neatly kept. There was no issues accessing the property and it was conveniently located near the water park we were visiting. The deer in the yard greeting us upon arrival was nice to see.

The river was 3 blocks away. Down town was 4 blocks away. Its an older house but everything worked. Nice big deck and fenced yard.
Market Haus is a perfect spot for spending time in New Braunfels. We were a very short walk to the Comal tubing inlet but also walking distance to all the nightlife. The house is clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Our host was very responsive and responded within 3 minutes when we thought we had locked ourselves out. Next time we come this will be out first choice.
The only problem we had, was the electrical outlets on the adjoining bedroom wall. They did not work. Other than that, an enjoyable stay.

Great location. Walking distance to all the restaurants and activities on downtown New Braunfels. Lots of “deferred” maintenance that is aggravating if you plan a long stay. Could be better with more attention to detail.

We did just complete a punch list of items over there since we had a week of vacancy in between your stay and the next guests! All the blinds were replaced around the entire house, painting was completed, fan fixtures were replaced, etc. We would love to have you back in the future :)
Perfect location for a weekend trip to the hill country. Ten minutes drive to the Gris Mill, and a short walk to the Faust Hotel for some old fashions.
The property is a short walk to Texas tubes and other tube rental places. You can even watch bus loads of people that finished tubing go by from the front porch. The backyard was fully enclosed so it made it easy to keep track of my dog and toddler. Overall, we had everything we needed and it was very "homey" and relaxing.

Definitely an older property, needs some updating. The binder with notes is very off putting. I feel like the owner/property manager could have written their rules/requirements in a more positive note.
Lovely property; fenced backyard was perfect for my dog. Would recommend making the property a little more accessible for the disabled or at least let inquirer know.
We stayed on the property for two days to take our eight year old son to Schlitterbahn. It was a lovely property just a short drive to Schlitterbahn. The property was a perfect size for our family of four and dog. We would definitely stay here again!

Small but cute house right in town
The best thing about this house is the location—it is walking distance to tubing and town. Despite being that close it is also very quiet. The house itself is a little rundown and didn’t smell very good when we arrived. Because they allow pets you might not want to stay if you are not a pet owner. If you are there is a fenced backyard that is convenient.
