The apartment was clean and comfortable and very well located in Lincoln Square. We could walk to many cute restaurants and shops and it was very close to the brown line. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great apartment in a perfect neighborhood. Easy check in and swift communication with the host. I loved the sounds of pigeons cooing in the morning. There are 4 flights of stairs so get your buns of steel ready!

The location can’t be beat for Lincoln Square area and there is not a lot of noise from other people in the bldg. Clean with plenty of spacefor solo or couple. Street parking is available in the neighborhood especially if you know where and when to look. The only drawbacks are things not really easy or able to change but you should be aware. There is noise from the Brown Line trains, and the apartment is very toasty especially for springtime due to building wide radiator heat.

This was a wonderful, cozy stay! The fridge had ice, which is something I always appreciate! We stayed for 3 nights. The neighborhood is quiet, but adorable! Pharmacy, coffee, gift stores, dinner, within a couple minutes of walking. One thing to note - the brown line train and station are right there, 2-3 minute walk. Which means that the location is VERY convenient to get to downtown (the Loop). That being said, keep in mind that you can hear the train pass by every 20ish minutes. The host provided earplugs, which is very thoughtful, and the noise is not too bad with the windows closed.We went all over Chicago during our trip, and found a bus or a train to take is anywhere, within a short walk from our stay. The apartment was a very peaceful, clean, accommodating location to decompress after a day of travel and bustle. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely stay again!

For it being an older building and the silly things that come with that, it was so close to coffee, record shops, parks and even a library. Loved how close it was to explore Chicago but be in a cozy place. Neighbor was quiet, which I enjoyed. Definitely will book again.

Location could not be beat. Right off of Lincoln Avenue with all of the shops and restaurants. Close to the Western Avenue Brown Line station. The apartment was clean and modern in a classic Chicago courtyard style apartment building. I did not do any cooking, but the kitchen looked solid. Neighbors were quiet and the bed was comfortable! I'd stay here again.
