Why they chose this property
We bought this property in July 2016. We fell in love with the garden. It feels like we live in a park. A beautiful resort , with pool and tennis. The house is bright and spacious with wooden floors with modern European light furniture. We like neutral colors so it feels peaceful. A great place to relax and also entertain.
What makes this property unique
The reason was that it is easy access the city (the closest of all the Hamptons villages). The train or Jitney are close-by. It takes under two hours to get to the city. This area is terrific because we have access to Southampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, East Hampton, Montauk beaches as well as the North fork wineries. The restaurants and coffee shops in the area are very good. The beaches are exquisite and people are nice.
