Lumiere Villas III Luxury 5 Bedroom Vacation Villa

This beautifully presented 5-bedroom villa is contemporary in style and is a 12-15 minute walk from the centre of Kalkan’s town centre. It’s also close to Villas Lumiere 1 and 2, so two or three of these villas would be ideal for an extended group who want to be in close proximity to one another.

The accommodation is comprised of the following:

Ground floor:

Open plan living, dining and kitchen area.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus a TV.

The dining table seats 8 guests and the modern kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances such as large fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob and extractor, dishwasher, microwave and water-cooler.

Floor to ceiling sliding doors open out onto the villa’s pool terrace.

The first of the villa’s 5 bedrooms is located on this level. This is a double bedroom that has sliding doors out onto a garden area. An en-suite shower area is screened off by a frosted glass panel.

A guest cloakroom is also provided on this floor.

First floor:

Double bedroom with en-suite shower area screened off by a frosted glass panel. This bedroom has a balcony to the side of the property.

Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to a front-facing balcony that runs across the whole width of the property. This balcony is shared with the adjacent bedroom and is furnished with tables and chairs.

Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to a front-facing balcony that runs across the whole width of the property (shared with the above-mentioned bedroom).

Second floor:

A stunning double bedroom suite is located on this level. This has a double bed and en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead out onto the villa’s roof terrace which is furnished with two sun-loungers, a comfortable seating set and a Jacuzzi. An idea spot from which to enjoy a sundowner while taking in the breath-taking views.

Outside the villa:

Own pool with surrounding terrace – this is furnished with sun-loungers and parasols, a shaded al-fresco dining area to seat 8 guests, BBQ, sofa seating set and table tennis.

Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
A welcome pack is provided for guests on arrival
Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided)
Hairdryers are provided in each of the bedrooms
Table tennis is provided
Can be booked in conjunction with neighbouring Villa Lumiere 1 and Villa Lumiere 2 for large parties
