This peaceful 2-storey family villa offers a Western-oriented views overlooking the bay of Otzias & the Aegean Sea. The stone house is built in accordance to the precepts of the local architecture and blends seamlessly into the Cycladic surroundings.
It encompasses: an upper-level containing a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area, which leads to the living room with a fireplace, and one WC. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a toaster, as well as a coffee machine. A flat-screen TV and DVD player, as well as a CD player are provided. Other facilities at The Royal Oak include a barbecue.
A ground lower-level containing 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a storage room.
All 3 bedrooms are air conditioned with large outside terrace overlooking the bay of Otzias.
Each bedroom has its own closets/wardrobe & flat screen 32”.
The nearest airport is Elefthérios Venizélos Airport, 46 km from The Royal Oak.
