Beautiful waterfront Villa Christina with a swimming pool, sea and sunset view

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

Villa Christina is on the sea front in the area of Mellisaki, which is 10 minutes by car from the harbor of the island and 5 minutes by car from the nearest organized beach Xyla. The villa is on two levels and consists of a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a w.c, three master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large guest house. Outside there is a large swimming pool, a Bar, a BBQ and various covered dining and seating areas, where one can relax and enjoy the fantastic sea view as well as the stunning sunsets. From the swimming pool there are steps that lead down to the sea where one can enjoy a swim in the crystal blue waters.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.

Dirt road , 4×4 not necessary but recommended .
