Three luxurious bathrooms equipped with heated floors and jetted bathtub in the master ensure a relaxing stay. Enjoy the cool mountain air in the landscaped back yard or have dinner on the patio just outside the kitchen. At night, roast marshmallows sitting around the fire in the back yard. A workout area in the garage equipped with a full cage/squat rack and 250lbs of weight is just enough to catch a sweat before enjoying the day. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please keep ALL food and drinks in the kitchen only. We recently cleaned the carpets and replaced the area rugs. Also, use the Dyson canister vacuum to vacuum all areas to keep the floors clean.
Place all garbage bags in the bins inside the bear box. Always securely close the bear box bin. Do not leave any trash outside! Wash your dishes and wipe down counters.
Leave all used towels on the bathroom floors. Empty the fridge of any food you brought. Reset the heater and the heated floors to the temperature they were at when you arrived.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
