River front Condo with views of ski trails at Loon Mt

Completely renovated Condo facing south peak ski slopes on Pemi River. Located at the beginning of the Kancamagus highway this Condo style resort hotel has lots of amenities including both an Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, arcade room, and laundry facilities. You are walking distance to many restaurants or you can cook in our full kitchen or barbecue at the grills located by the outdoor pool. Lots of hiking trails, biking trails and other outdoor adventures awaiting . In the summer you can kayak or tube the pemi or find your own swimming hole.
For the kids there are waterslides, Clarks trading post, storyland, miniature golf and much more.
Please note we do not have AC. We have ceiling fans and Mt. air.

Nice Stay for Ski weekend

Nice property. Easy check-in process and very convenient to Loon. Unit was clean and well-equipped. Only issue is the lack of a real door between living area and bedroom. Difficult in the evening to put a child to bed and still watch tv or talk in the living area. Otherwise, perfect. Would stay here again!

Weekend getaway

Great, cozy place to stay that was perfect for my daughters 5th birthday. Plenty to do in the area even for those that dont ski. Will definitely be back.

Perfect Location, great unit, view and amenities

This stay was perfect at this one bedroom condo. The view of the mountain was incredible and the gym, pool, arcade room w/ pool table and other room with ping pong table was great (bring quarters/dollars). Laundry on site i think it was 2.25 per load. The bedroom had a "unique" door to it as an FYI, did not both us but the bedroom had a door that did not cover the whole area (covered from around 1 foot off the ground to about 6 feet off the ground) so not extremely private. I would absolutely stay here again, they had some games in the living room with a gas fireplace. there is a shuttle the the mountain, probably every 15-20 minutes it comes through during main hours then every 30 min during slower times like midday.

Mountain View in Winter

We had the best stay in the condo! It was perfect for traveling with young kids. My husband and I went with our 6 year old and our 1 month old and it was the perfect size for the 4 of us. The pull out couch was comfortable as well as the queen bed. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything to make our stay very comfortable. John and Pat were very responsive and check in was a breeze.The location is right on the main stretch in town. There’s a restaurant right across the parking lot so convenience is amazing! Our son loved the pool and arcade. The sound of the river right outside the porch is super relaxing along with the view of the mountain. We feel like we made a new yearly tradition and are already looking forward to coming back next year! Thank you for hosting our first vacation as a family of 4!

Great Ski Weekend

This is a great spot for Loon skiing. We took advantage of the shuttle to the mountain, hot tub / pool post-skiing, and the restaurants that were walkable from the condo. The unit had everything we needed - toiletries, coffee, towels, linens. It was clean and comfortable for four of us - thought we didn't spend a lot of time in the room because we had so much fun skiing!

The property was as advertised. It was clean and conveniently located. The view of the mountain and fall foliage from the balcony was gorgeous and the sounds of the river were beautiful. Very well stocked for anything you need during your stay.

Fantastic Condo in Great Location

The place was perfect and we enjoyed the condo very much. It had everything we needed plus additional things not expected. Love the location at the back of the building looking at Loon Mountain and sound of the river in the background. We biked and hiked during out stay and we hope to rent the condo again in the future.

Nice location

The place was centrally located and pleasant. One possible glitch would be that the unit would be quite hot in the peak of summer. We basically lucked out with cool night temperatures. There is one sunny slider and one window side by side so no cross breeze if the evenings were not cool, the fans might not be enough. But fine if temperature is right.

Lovely condo! Enjoyed our stay, it’s just as pictured. We didn’t spend a lot of time in it as we were out and about, but it has everything you need. Hosts were great!!! They replied quickly when I had questions. I would stay again!

Love this location

This is an excellent location if you were taking your kids or going solo. There is so much to do close by and right behind the condo is a river that is so fun to splash around in and explore. Good places for food and ice cream, Activities, And plenty of hiking options. There’s also an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. The only downside is that the bed and pull out bed are both quite uncomfortable. The bed sags a lot in the middle. So if you have a bad back, I would recommend bringing an air mattress that would be more firm. Other than that, it’s an excellent spot and the hosts are lovely. I highly recommend this for a little getaway.

Perfect Stay

I arrived early on my check-in and Pat responded quickly to my query and was able to access the unit a few hours early. The process for check-in was simple and the condo was airy, spotless and as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with quality plates, cutlery, miscellaneous condiments. The view to the river and mountain trails was bonus. I loved the overhead fans and spaciousness of the deck and quiet from no air conditioner compressor. It was high 80s during my stay, but always comfortable in the unit with the sliders open and quiet overhead fans. Bed was comfortable, as was all of the furniture. Location is central and though I did not use the indoor/outdoor pools, they were clean and well maintained. Thank you for the telaxing stay!

Relaxing getaway with all the amenities

We love staying here when we travel to New Hampshire. It is so nice to be able to walk across the parking lot to Black Mtn Burger or sit on the deck and listen to the river.

We really wanted a place that we could afford but with great views. This place is well maintained with friendly people and is very quiet.

You are in a small quaint village but yet so close to many attractions. We are at the beginning of the kancamagus highway with tons of hiking trails.
