First off, communication with Drew was excellent. The condo was super clean, modern and convenient to access local adventures. Amenities like sauna, hot-tub and pool were great to use. The kitchen had great pots/pans and actually had sharp knives (a VRBO first for me).

This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. Communication from the owner was A#1. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. We used the pool, the hot tub and the sauna, all very clean. We even used the pool table in the gaming area. This is very locally easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. Easy drive on the Kanc to many popular hiking trails. I cannot say enough nice things about it. I will definitely be back again. Drew is the best!!

Location was perfect, Andrew was impeccable with communicating everything about the place including getting into the Bldg and room. Place was very clean. Would definitely recommend. We did not have a problem with the heat as someone else had mentioned.

Simple & easy, but bring flip flops and tank tops.

Upon arrival myself, my child and my handicapped aunt entered the property with ease. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for a long relaxing weekend. We did have to leave the balcony door open the entire time as it was sweltering hot and couldn’t regulate the temperature at all. There seemed to be a sticky film on the floor from the cleaner so bring slippers or flip flops. The couch was very uncomfortable to for seating and the pull out bed extremely uncomfortable for sleeping, as mentioned in a previous review that I missed I would only recommend it fell for small children. The configuration of the furniture was inconvenient as there is only a bistro table with two stools and nowhere for us all to sit and enjoy a meal together. While the bed was comfortable for sleeping the size and height of the frame made it difficult to navigate the small room especially with no side tables or headboard. In my opinion some simple conventional furnishings could make this space much more accommodating. The host provided us with prompt and excellent communication and the amenities made our stay super fun and relaxing. We loved the pool/spa area and how close the location is to everything we needed. We will definitely be back in the future!

And yes a sofa bed is for children as listed in the description and photos, not n elderly adult. Andrew was excellent with communication. His place was very neat and clean. He provided clean sheets on the queen bed. Andrew also provided clean towels for us. There's a nice full kitchen and full bathroom. There's a couch and a comfortable upholstered rocking chair in the living room. Andrew has a lovely pub table with stools at his place too. You can just cross the street and have your choice of three different restaurants (pizza place, steak/fish restaurant, and a burger place) and a gelato shop. Note: The steak/fish restaurant (Gordi's) is closed on Mondays. My husband abd I were very pleased with our stay and were close to many White Mountain area attractions.

Cute place close to everything

This little condo is close proximity to Loon and the village. I love that it has a keyless entry system so all you and your family needs is a code and not worried about keys. Convenient.

Comfortable!!

We had a very nice time in the place, clean and with all the things needed for a comfortable stay, we were able to relax and also enjoy some of the amenities that the condo offers.
