Gourmet space with barbecue, grill, skewers, table, chairs and bathroom. Water filter for daily consumption. Laundry with tank, clothesline and washer / dryer. Ample yard with landscaping and hammock for a beautiful rest after a great and profitable beach day. External shower. Covered garage for 2 vehicles and space in front of the house to park 1 or more vehicles discovered. Ideal residence for 6 to 8 adults with 1 or 2 children, in addition to the 3 double beds offers 2 single mattresses to accommodate additional guests comfortably. All dorms have air conditioning.
