Recently renovated home in the perfect location in Austin. NEWLY INSTALLED POOL AND PUTTING GREEN! Just ten minutes to downtown, Zilker Park, 6th Street, Rainey Street, and the airport. Circuit of the Americas is also only 15 minutes away. This home sleeps 16 in regular beds and even more on air mattresses if needed. There’s so much to do in Austin, come find out why everyone is visiting Austin! Stay in luxury without paying the luxury price in Austin Texas! This home is owner managed and I live only about ten minutes away from the home. I am just about always available to help if you need anything.

Please note: there are security cameras surrounding the outside of the home and there is a Ring Doorbell at the Front Door as well. These cameras do cover the driveway and the entire backyard which includes the pool. There are no cameras or sound recording devices inside the home. There is an echo show that has a camera for video calls in the kitchen, please feel free to keep that lens closed when not in use.

Our stay was peaceful and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Many sleeping options! We really enjoyed everything and Daniel was very responsive to any questions we had. Although the weather was cool, the pool was heated (for a small extra fee) for our stay, upon request. I would highly recommend this property.

Convenient location in a safe neighborhood with plenty of bedrooms and space for a large group if needed. The host is super responsive and makes sure you have what you need. The backyard is very nice and would be wonderful on a warm day to enjoy the pool. Unfortunately it was way too cold during our visit to enjoy the pool and putting green activities. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Austin.

Great girls' getaway

The house is so well set up for a group of friends! Multiple comfy twin beds throughout as well as a few private rooms. Master br is excellent. Gorgeous backyard. But it was Daniel, the host, that made the stay for our group. Excellent recs on everything and very invested in us having a good time!
