House was a perfect combination of comfort, location and peacefulness. Nice back porch for socializing. Close by walking paths to Bay and short drive to experience Hampton Bay community - including beaches, coffee shops and local eateries

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We were close to everything, and the property was perfect for our needs. (2 adult couples) The layout was great with bedrooms being located on different floors. Sophie was a phenomenal host and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would absolutely look to rent here again. Good value and private.

Sophie was great to work with on the trip. We stayed one night and the place was perfect for our needs. A tidy 3 bedroom and two baths. Nothing over the top but perfect if you need a place to hang out in the Hamptons.

We had a great time at this property in Hampton Bays! We were a group of four women looking for a weekend get-away near beaches, restaurants and shopping, and that's what we got. The home was clean, comfortable and centrally located. Also, it was thoughtfully stocked with items such as water, soda and even snacks, which we enjoyed while sitting on the back deck. The hot tub was an added bonus and we went in at night when it cooled off - such a pleasure!

Very nice and flexible host with check in and check out. The home feels very cozy. The location is close to supermarkets, stores and near the ocean. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay here and Sophie was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Even during an insane storm that passed through the area Sophie was available and answering messages from us late at night making sure we weren't simply fending for ourselves. The property is beautiful and it was a fast and easy check in as well as check out.

This was a great house. Very clean, nice inside, great location! The hot tub was a nice amenity. Host was great. She responded quickly, great to work with. Definitely recommend this house.
