Wonderful Family Waterfront Retreat with Scenic Water Views of Woods Cove, and Nauset Beach in Orleans to the Coast Guard Station in Eastham. This lovely contemporary 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 3 level home is set on a private and environmentally beautiful spot in Orleans. Launch your kayak at the water's edge.
The first floor of this spacious home offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom with private bathroom, laundry room and a fabulous wrap around deck to take advantage of the lovely panoramic water views.
The second floor has two additional bedrooms, a small game room to enjoy a challenging game of chess, and a full bathroom.
The lower walk-out level offers two smaller bedrooms, two additional bathrooms and a family room with pool table.
The exterior is a combination of nature and beautiful specialty trees and plantings with a path out to the bluff where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular water views.
