Welcome to this comfortable condo with incredible views and the best beaches. This terrific property features 1 bedroom with a cozy queen bed, 1.5 bathrooms, and a living room area with a full kitchen and a living room sofa bed. Guests enjoy amenities like WiFi, smart televisions, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen, prepaid beach service March first to October 31, and AC during their stay. Imagine waking up to the direct view of the Gulf and starting your day with a cup of coffee on the balcony. Enjoy the lovely beachfront on Okaloosa Island or travel 7 miles to Destin where there are many types of entertainment.
The beach is fantasic, the housekeeper takes pride in cleanliness, the area is wonderful, the home has been outfitted with items to make your stay comfortable, and I will work to exceed your expectations. Count on me to be responsive to you. Thank you.

Trash is only to be put in the outside dumpster and should never be left on the porch or in the home
Please leave the towels in the hallway and leave the linens on the bed
For the benefit of the next guest, we need departure on or before 10 AM for the housekeeping staff
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
