Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If grill was used be sure to leave it cleaned just as it was prior to use. Dispose of grease pan. Apply the cover. If patio set was used chairs go around table & apply table cover, Close the umbrella.
Take all trash out. Load/Wash all used dishes. Turn off lights TVs account for remotes & place in remote holder at bed side or behind TV. Close & lock windows, lock both exit doors on the way out.
This is also a good time to report any damages or broken items, as all things are accounted for. There can be additional charges applied if the above rules are not followed. Thank you in advance.

We stayed here for our daughter’s softball tournament and even though we weren’t at the house much, it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The location made travel to and from the fields super convenient, which was a huge plus during a busy weekend. The home was cozy, clean, and comfortable—exactly what you hope for after long days at the ballpark. We’d definitely stay here again!

The house was gorgeous and perfect for our almost week stay with our 3 teens. Each had their own bedroom and bathroom. The living room/kitchen area was comfortable and the temp was always comfortable. We want to come back next year. We loved it!

My name is Patricia, I am originally from Las Cruces, New Mexico. I am a fairly new host and I am excited about the listing of my home. This home Holds a very special place in my heart. I hope to see that other families will enjoy it just as much as myself and my family did.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is located on the west side of the beautiful Las Cruces. Very close Historical Mesilla, Picacho Hills Gold Course, 10 minutes away from downtown Las Cruces. This neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a breathtaking view of the Oregon Mountains right from the front door. There is a canal located behind the home, and a walking distance path that leads to the Rio Grande. ( walking or bike riding)

What makes this property unique

Our property has neighbors on both sides however there are 6 foot rock walls on each side in the back. There are no neighbors behind the home. It’s open to a beautiful view you can enjoy from the backyard on the patio table and even grill if you’d like. All in which is provided.
As mentioned above from the front of the home, you get a clear view of the Oregon mountains. There are walking paths around the neighborhood also for a nice evening walk and a park in the area for children.
