Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash cans will need to be wheeled to the street in the front of the townhouse on Sunday evenings for Monday pick up please return the recepticle to the back of the property when trash is picked up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-No marijuana usage of any kind on the property, regardless of medical or recreational usage.
-You may park in front of the townhouse or in the parking space in back. Do not park in the alley, it is too narrow.
-No food in bedrooms. Please report any damage of any kind immediately to the owner.

Warm welcoming place. Great, centrally located, place to stay. Very clean. Someone took the time and made it feel like a home. The decor is awesome. Kitchen is very nice. It has everything you could possibly need. Can see the mountains from here also.

Check in was super easy, as was check out. The home is beautiful and cozy! I felt safe in this area. We arrived late and the owner went and turned on all the outside lights for us. Owner was easy to comminicate with and very helpful! 10/10!
