You can also walk to different fast ferry terminals to visit Nantucket, Falmouth or Rhode Island. If you like water sport, you can rent jet ski, paddle board from one of the rental which is located one block away from the property. There is public fishing pier located directly across from the property or you can go fishing with one of the party boats. Many beautiful beaches on the island can be reached within minutes.

Lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the water. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Despite the busyness of the area, the apartment was quiet. We did need to provide our own shampoo and body wash. The host was responsive to our questions.

The unit is clean and conveniently located with a nice view of the ocean. Convenient for a short last minute stay.There were no towels whatsoever - make sure you bring some if you'd like to shower.Expect some street noise due to proximity to the bar next door (which has great food).

Fantastic location right on the water and just steps to the ferry and shops and restaurants. Balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing! Would definitely return if we’re in Martha’s Vineyard again.

Newly renovated property perfectly situated near ferry and restaurants with water views and beach just across the street. Beautiful big windows, comfortable beds/bedding, new everything. Amazing views in OB

This place truly has amazing views. We went in early June, so the weather wasn't super nice, we even saw a thunderstorm -- very impressive view from this place! It is also incredibly convenient, you're two blocks from the main drag in OB, bike rental, shops, restaurants, whatever you want. The place has all the regular amenities, though we didn't use them much -- mostly went out. Strong recommend if you can snag this!

Amazing Location

We had trouble finding the door as it was on the side of the building but we called the property manager and they answered right away and showed us where to get it. The view was amazing and to our surprise the sound proofing in the room was really good. Located next to lookout tavern I expected to hear loud noises all night and we heard nothing. We are definitely looking to rent this place for a weekend get away in the future.

This condo is a minimalist dream but bring your own toiletries; soap, shampoo, etc. Location is amazing. All the basics but limited on a few things. Forks, spoons, etc. Communication with host took a minute but once we were in contact things were fine. I loved it. Would stay again.

We have stayed before and will again. Amazing location could not be any better. If you love a perfect sunrise or to people watch this is the place for you. The bed was comfy and rooms were very clean. We needed to talk to the owner and conveniently found him right downstairs. There are pay laundry machines that you share with neighbors. So convenient to restaurants and ferry. We took the fast ferry from New Bedford which lands right across the street. We love Dockside beach and to watch the ferries come and go.

Pros: Very clean, great view. Cons: the couch is said to be a queen that sleep 2, it is VERY uncomfortable for sleeping. There were no towels in the bathroom or kitchen which was REALLY inconvenient since there was a terrible storm amd water was flooding in from the patio doors in the living room. I spent the evening mopping up water to keep it away from our sleeping area
