About this property

Stunning Lakefront Location!

Beautifully remodeled, two story, two master suite condo on the water!
Gorgeous small, quiet, private complex on the beautiful north shore of Lake Tahoe.
We have owned in this complex for 50 years, but recently purchased the prime
end unit and proceeded to gut and remodel entirely. It is comfortable and classy.
There are two master bedrooms upstairs with en-suite baths. One has a walk in shower while the other has a 6ft jacuzzi tub/shower combo. There is a half bath downstairs. Each one has a Cal King bed. This condo is ideal for 4 adults but not suitable for young children.
The brand new kitchen is fully equipped.
There is a full size washer and dryer.
We have three 55" televisions, all with access to streaming services.
There is a deck with stunning lake front views off the living room and one off the master bedroom.
We also have a private, paved patio for relaxing and grilling.
We are located directly on the lake with a private beach, marina and swim platform.
There is a magnificent walking path for two miles along the lake shore.
Diamond Peak Ski Resort is 5 minutes away. Northstar is 15 mins while Squaw and Alpine are 1/2 hour.
Tahoe City is 15 minutes away as well. There is world class golf and hiking just minutes away.
Incline Village has shopping and restaurants, but with a small town, quaint feel.
We feel that this is the best location on the lake! Hands down!
June 15 to Sept 1 there is a 5 night rental minimum.

This was our 2nd stay at this condo and it didn't disappoint. Fantastic location, comfortable accommodations, and easy access makes it a great getaway from the Sacramento area.We went at the perfect time of year (for us) after the summer crowds and before the skiing season. It was peaceful and very relaxing. Would definitely go back again.

Beautiful views of Lake Tahoe. Right on the lake in a nice neighborhood. Close to everything. Nicely decorated. Plenty of space for everyone. Huge sliding doors in master bedroom leads to balcony. No A/C but ceiling fans were fine at night and early morning. Owner replies very quickly to any questions. Would definitely return in the future.

The perfect vacation

From start to finish, this was the perfect vacation for our family! Mary's communication from the original booking to check out was exceptional. The condo is extremely clean and beautifully remodeled. The lake is literally just outside the deck and steps away. This end unit is very private and the courtyard is an added bonus for a quiet, sunny place. Highly recommended!

Run don't walk to this rental.

We absolutely loved our stay in Lake Tahoe and this rental added to our trip. The place is even nicer in person. You are directly on the lake with amazing views. The place has been remodeled and very cute. We loved staying in Incline Village. It is quieter there but that is what we wanted. It is easy to drive to Tahoe City and Emerald Bay and only 40 minutes from the Reno airport. Moreover, the communication was stellar and could not recommend this rental enough!

I can’t wait to stay here again! It is such a beautiful and relaxing place. My best friends from high school and I live all over the country so we don’t get to see each other as often as we would like. At least once a year, we all vacation together somewhere and this year we went here. The house is beautiful, recently remodeled, and the location right on the lake couldn’t be better. We saw some gorgeous sunsets while sipping wine on the balcony! Mary was a fantastic host - so welcoming and kind! I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!! Breathtaking views!

The lake views from the condo were beyond our expectations! So peaceful and beautiful to see! We were were also excited to see the snow on the grounds too while we were there. The condo was spotlessly clean and had new furniture, decor, appliances, kitchenware, linens,.... It was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of closet space and dresser drawer space to store our clothing for the week. Bathrooms were great too! Mary, the owner, was great with communication before and during our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. We had time to tour the whole Lake Tahoe area during our stay and we were very happy we ended up at this property in Incline Village. It couldn't have been better!

The owner promptly responded to all inquiries, offered recommendations, and provided check-in information well prior. The property is beautiful and views of the lake can't be beat. Peaceful and Beautiful

Both the location and the lakefront condo were peaceful and beautiful. One couldn't ask for anything more in a property. And communication with the owner was always easy. We were sad to leave, but we know we will someday return to this slice of heaven.

Very Relaxing!!!

My wife and I were very reluctant to leave but unfortunately we had to. We love the Tahoe area and this home helped to make it especially relaxing as we were able to have our afternoon tea on the balcony after spending the day hiking and touring. Perfect confo

Perfect experience. Condo one of the nicest if not the best we have ever rented. Absolutely beautiful location right on the water, and gorgeous interior. The owner was wonderful to work with from the time we rented until we checked out. If ever in Tahoe again, this is only place we will stay.
