We had an absolutely delightful stay at this little cabin in Incline Village. It was exactly what we needed — cozy, peaceful, and perfectly appointed. The fireplace made the space feel warm and inviting, and the sound of the babbling brook just outside was incredibly calming. We also loved having a private hot tub to unwind in after our Tahoe adventures.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making meals easy and enjoyable. The location was ideal: close to activities, restaurants, and all the amenities of Incline Village while still feeling tucked away and serene.The host/manager was responsive and helpful throughout, which made the stay that much smoother.Highly recommend this charming cabin — we would happily stay here again.

Easy to find and access. Check-in instructions were helpful. Place was great location for access to Incline Village (especially grocery store) and places like Kings Beach, Sand Harbor, and hiking off Mt. Rose Highway. The hot tub was appreciated after physical activities for sure. We had a few summer storms so did not use the BBQ or fire pit, maybe next time!! I didn't need to reach out to hosts much because we were pretty set, but my one or two messages were responded to immediately. I'd feel comfortable booking this stay again!

We are a family of four that split our time between Tahoe and San Diego and abroad from Mexico to Bali and everywhere in between in search of skate, surf and snow... My wife and I both grew up in Northern California and have always loved and enjoyed Lake Tahoe.

Why they chose this property

This home has been thoughtfully remodeled. Custom, Modern, yet retaining that Magical Lake Tahoe Charm!

The Brookside Chalet lives up to its name, situated alongside an enchanting creek in the forest surrounded by impressive and large pines.

When we bought the property, we knew right away from the wall of windows that look down onto the creek that this was the home for us!

Our young girls and their friends love to play near (and, sometimes in it) in the Summer (when the water is warmer and safe) and in the adjacent forest with rock "forts" and a rope swing over the running creek. Collecting sticks and pinecones seems to be the latest rage with the kids and grandmas alike...

Kids or no kids, we think you'll see and appreciate the level & amount of TLC we've put into our little Mountain Gem!

What makes this property unique

The main reason we fell in love with this house, is the beautiful creek located near the back deck of the house, proximity to hiking and biking trails, ski resorts and of course, The Lake. The home also features a large, warm fireplace with comfortable seating.
