Located in La Colonia, enjoy this 4-bedroom 5-washroom house with a 14persons capacity has to offer. Step into a tranquil oasis with amazing decor and serene surroundings. The property features 11 beds with 5 washrooms perfect for a group getaway. With amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, and a washer & dryer, your stay will be comfortable and convenient. Relax on the conected deck that has dinningspace for 14 & for a social event thereis space for 30 comfortability, the property could also host events of a 100 people if needed. There also is a fire pit area that you could roast marshmallows or just chill under the stars, for the preteens there is a play area with swings and hammocks the teens & adults have a basketball area too take shots or some 1V1, there's lots of space in the back to kick around a soccer ball or even have a scrimmage & ofcourse you could walk too the back of the property & enjoy the river & have a picnic. If you enjoy bird watching there are many different species that visit the property including the the famous white toucan. Look forward to hosting you at our place.
