Enjoy the peaceful serenity and picturesque beauty of this lovely Florida home while lounging in the heated pool or basking in the glow of a warm sunset. Large enough for an active family or intimate enough for an indulgent getaway with every comfort of home.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac and surrounded by 18 mature palm trees, this recently remodeled single story home is an oasis of lush greenery. A long line of mature Areca palm bushes provide a sense of privacy and tropical escape. If you're timings right, a mango, avacado or lime tree can provide fresh produce for your table.

Enjoy sunsets overlooking the canal on the comfortable patio after a relaxing day lounging by the large pool or take advantage of all the area has to offer by visiting the neighboring beaches located about 35 minutes away. Visit downtown Fort Myers with a quick hop over the nearby bridge or dine on nearby Del Prado Blvd.
Enjoy the comforts of home with a full kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare your meals.

It has three bedrooms, all with ample closets. The master with a queen size bed, a second bedroom with a queen size bed and a third bedroom with a bunk bed with one full size bed and one twin size bed. It also has an office / TV room with a futon couch that converts into an additional bed.
