This home is a gem, and the hosts certainly are the most hospitable that we have experienced! Every little detail is curated and as listed in the description! There was even a game room for the young and young at heart! Very peaceful neighborhood with the hosts nearby. The back screened in porch and fenced yard were an oasis! We felt so at home! Not far from shopping and restaurants, this is a perfect location! We will be back soon! This is our new go-to in Daytona Beach!

Wonderful stay. Clean,quiet,and super relaxing!! Excellent communication with hosts from start to finish. House is cozy and comfortable and equipped with everything that you would expect and more. We had a wonderful time visiting with our son who is a flight instructor in Daytona. This is a great location for a family to gather. Embry Riddle Aeronautical University is about 10 minutes away if you are visiting your child during the school year and looking for a place to stay nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet. The host, Scott, is very communicative and helpful.

Our host Scott was absolutely amazing!! He was so pleasant and helpful from the get go. Answered any questions/concerns we had no matter what time it was. When he found out we were arriving earlier than expected, he rushed to get the house ready in time and let us check in an hour half early. House was beautiful, comfy and had everything we needed. Our travel group was 4 adults and 3 kids (ranging from 6-13) and house didn’t make us feel cramped at all. Bed was quite comfy. The house was close(ish) to everything but far enough out from the traffic and didn’t have to worry about being bothered by anyone. Beach was about 20 min drive (due to traffic). No questions asked, if we are ever in the area again we will book with them again!!

We came in for a night prior to heading to Port Canaveral for a cruise. The property is only an hour from the Port. Check in was a breeze and the property did not disappoint! Scott is an extremely attentive host and reached out to me multiple times prior to us arriving just to make sure everything was perfect. It was my Mom’s birthday, and he even decorated the place for us! Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

This house was very convenient to restaurants, beach, shops, etc. We arrived close to check in and didn’t get the code to work. The host came to let us in and fixed the problem quickly. We had no other issues. The back screened in porch area was great for us since it rained a lot while we were there! My teen boys really liked the darts and basketball games. We also played a few board games one evening. Highly recommend!

Scott is one of the best Vrbo hosts we have ever met and gave us one of the best experiences we have had staying at a Vrbo property. They don't have crazy check out rules, they accommodate everything you need and answer every phone call or text within 20 minutes. The property is top notch and filled with love. From the welcome note and the welcome screen to the final check out we were taken care of. Will absolutely book again when we can.

We enjoyed our stay. We had no issues at all. Will use these folks again if/when in the Daytona area again. It appears the mat in the master bath shower needs to be replaced or washed.
