Come and enjoy a fun-filled family vacation at this spacious beach house nestled in a state park! Just a stone’s throw away from the beach, Daytona 500, The Tanger Outlets, and a wide array of restaurants, this newly renovated gem offers everything you need for a memorable stay.

With its vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, and central air conditioning, the house boasts a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Unwind in the screened-in patio, complete with a TV, darts, a swing, and a BBQ grill, perfect for evenings under the stars. The front deck features seating and a cozy fire pit, while the fenced-in backyard is a paradise for the kids and furry friends. Don’t forget to check out the garage where you will find the washer and dryer for added convenience. You also welcome to park your motorcycle there as well.

We have a comfortable King bed, a queen bed, and a triple bunk bed to suit all preferences. The living room has a sofa that also turns into a queen bed. Located in the the closet is a queen and a twin inflatable bed.

Located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood with ample parking, this house is the ideal choice for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. And if you’re looking for an extra adventure, we can arrange for a kayak for you to explore the nearby waterways.

Please take out your trash and put it in the trash receptacle outside the house on the right side of the house by the garage door
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep pets off of the furniture. It’s not that we don’t LOVE our furry friends but it has to do with health concerns for future guests.
We have to do extra cleaning to keep our guests healthy a priority. No parties.

Our host Scott was absolutely amazing!! He was so pleasant and helpful from the get go. Answered any questions/concerns we had no matter what time it was. When he found out we were arriving earlier than expected, he rushed to get the house ready in time and let us check in an hour half early. House was beautiful, comfy and had everything we needed. Our travel group was 4 adults and 3 kids (ranging from 6-13) and house didn’t make us feel cramped at all. Bed was quite comfy. The house was close(ish) to everything but far enough out from the traffic and didn’t have to worry about being bothered by anyone. Beach was about 20 min drive (due to traffic). No questions asked, if we are ever in the area again we will book with them again!!

Wonderful stay. Clean,quiet,and super relaxing!! Excellent communication with hosts from start to finish. House is cozy and comfortable and equipped with everything that you would expect and more. Back yard is fenced and our pup loved running and playing after a long day in the car. Would definitely return next time we’re in the area. Thank you!

This house was very convenient to restaurants, beach, shops, etc. We arrived close to check in and didn’t get the code to work. The host came to let us in and fixed the problem quickly. We had no other issues. The back screened in porch area was great for us since it rained a lot while we were there! My teen boys really liked the darts and basketball games. We also played a few board games one evening. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time visiting with our son who is a flight instructor in Daytona. This is a great location for a family to gather. Embry Riddle Aeronautical University is about 10 minutes away if you are visiting your child during the school year and looking for a place to stay nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet. The host, Scott, is very communicative and helpful.

We came in for a night prior to heading to Port Canaveral for a cruise. The property is only an hour from the Port. Check in was a breeze and the property did not disappoint! Scott is an extremely attentive host and reached out to me multiple times prior to us arriving just to make sure everything was perfect. It was my Mom’s birthday, and he even decorated the place for us! Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

Scott is one of the best Vrbo hosts we have ever met and gave us one of the best experiences we have had staying at a Vrbo property. They don't have crazy check out rules, they accommodate everything you need and answer every phone call or text within 20 minutes. The property is top notch and filled with love. Honestly my wife and I grew up in the hospitality industry and always felt like customer service and friendliness was what came most natural to us.

One day we decided to turn our own home into a place where we could be a full time host to travelers of all kinds. Ever since our first guest we have found that we want nothing more in life than to be hosts for our properties. We love meeting new people.

Why they chose this property

Our home is located in a safe, and quiet family neighborhood. It is 5 minutes from Daytona 500, and Daytona Airport and shopping and restaurants. The beach and the Pier are a 10 minute drive.

We live in the neighborhood and we have found that there's no better neighborhood to live in and we don't have any intentions of leaving. The neighbors are all friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and crime free and everybody is just very personable.

What makes this property unique

The house is renovated with a split floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There are vaulted ceilings in living room with huge tv and dining/kitchen. The front deck has seating and fire pit. There is a large screened in patio with tv, bbq and sofa set with a table. There is also a dart board. The backyard is fenced in with a swing which is great for children, pets or you to get outside and look at the forrest behind you. There’s central air conditioning and heat throughout the house. Washer and Dryer located in the garage with a laundry sink.

The house is decorated with a beach and teal color theme. So far all of the guests that have stayed at this house have left raving reviews and already we have a large percentage or repeat guests to this exact home.

We are so centrally located to everything. you just can't beat the location.
