**The space**
Spread out and relax in over of bright, airy living space. The home features two separate living areas — ideal for families or groups who want room to unwind or entertain. Whether you’re curling up for movie night or enjoying a quiet read, you’ll find the perfect spot.
**Bedrooms**:
- **Bedroom 1 (Upper Level):** King bed, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and standing shower, walk-in closet, desk, and flat-panel TV.
- **Bedroom 2 (Lower Level):** King bed, desk, and chair.
- **Bedroom 3 (Lower Level):** King bed.
- **Bedroom 4 (Lower Level):** Three twin beds (daybed with trundle + standalone twin).
- **Additional Sleeping:** Twin rollaway bed available in the downstairs closet.
**Bathrooms**:
Two full bathrooms plus a half bath ensure no waiting in line. Fresh towels, toiletries, and essentials are always provided.

Guests have access to the entire home, except the garage and the utility closet near Bedroom 2 on the lower level.

**Other Things to Note**
- **Shoes:** Please remove shoes indoors.
- **Sauna:** Use at your own risk. Not recommended for pregnant guests or those with medical conditions. Turn off when not in use.
- **Windows (October–March):** Do not open windows during these months to avoid damage to the heating system. The home has an air circulation system for fresh airflow.
- **Smoking/Vaping:** No smoking, vaping, or use of cannabis or illegal substances on the property.
- **Parties/Events:** No parties or events allowed.
- **Furniture/Appliances:** Please do not move furniture or appliances.
- **Grill:** Grill Toolset can be found in the kitchen cabinet. Clean, cover, and turn off propane after use.
- **Security:** Lock all doors and windows when leaving the home.
