Excellent 3br 3 ba condo. Very peaceful view of lagoon. Easily housed 6 people and we even had visitors for dinner. Good beach access. Biked on the sand. Make sure to book travel to airport in advance. Takes a while for uber to get there.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was great. The kitchen needs a can opener, blender, tools for cracking crabs. The mattresses were not very comfortable as we don’t like foam. Also, the curtains in master bedroom don’t cover completely and thus the sun wakes you up in the morning. Just some suggestions for upgrades.

The villa was beautiful, clean, well appointed and had fresh flowers. The only improvement could be the lockbox to get the keys. It was awkward and took a few tries sometimes to close. A working keypad on the door would make life easier. Small inconvenience for a beautiful place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of space. Layout was good. Enjoyed watching the birds near and in the pond from the condo’s windows. The central location in the mid area of Kiawah made biking to either end easy and convenient for all the fun the island has to offer. We are not golfers, so I can’t attest to any of that, but did enjoy the bike trails, towers, the winter beach and birding. The management team were great communicators and were quick to respond to any needs. The beds were comfortable, but wish there had been more blankets.The condo could use better pots and pans and cutting boards. Despite those two items, the kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend 4925 Green Dolphin.

The property was very attractive and the view with an alligator was great. However, it was difficult for 4 older ladies with all the stairs with luggage. Also , we had cockroaches on Saturday and Sunday and were not happy when we paid for a resort condo for our vacation.

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay! The HOA for the building does routinely spray for pests and they are typically not a huge issue but being a waterfront wildlife preserve can come with some challenges and they do enter units when opening the doors for bringing in luggage, groceries, etc. One or two not terribly unusual for our area in peak season but we are happy to have any units treated again as needed of course! We hope you will visit again another time.
