Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
In the summer months put thermostat at 75 at check out and in winter months put thermostat at 55 at check out
Please wash dishes and if you use the grill please clean it and replace cover.
Sheets for the sofa bed are in the top drawer of the chest in the living room there are also games and some toys in those drawers. Please put things back once finished
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
