You will love staying at this lakeside B&B! So peaceful and tucked into the woods next to the gorgeous lake and skiing and biking trails. It's midway between Newport and Quebec. The house is warm and cozy and very very comfortable, beautifully decorated and serene.
We enjoyed a quiet stay for four nights. Lynn was accommodating in helping us change our dates at the last minute. The location is beautiful, a few steps from Lake Memphremagog and the bike trail which runs north and south in front of the residence gave us an opportunity to walk into Newport one morning. We would stay here again.
Loved every minute of our stay! The location is perfect. We swam, kayaked, biked, and hiked Jay Peak. Thank you for your hospitality Lynn! Your home is immaculate and beautiful.
Amazing fireplace. Comfortable bed. Lynn is very nice, and provides breakfast which is super convenient especially if you are skiing. great way to enjoy some natural beauty, as the cabin overlooks the lake. easy trail access.

Great location, amazing host
My fiancee and I spent a wonderful weekend at Lynn's B&B. Lynn is a fantastic host, always easily reachable, helpful with suggestions for things to do in the region and accommodating for all our requests. The breakfast was healthy and filling - cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, toast, jam and coffee.
We will certainly return soon!
I absolutely loved it. Best nights sleep I had gotten in a long time. Lynn was so sweet and helpful. I totaled my car while staying there and couldn’t stay the rest of my stay as I couldn’t do the stairs, but Lynn reached out several times to make sure I was ok and if I needed any of my belongs. Definitely gonna stay there again.
The Host was great. Easy to talk to. Nice lake view. My problem was that it was on the third floor so that meant a lot of stairs for me. I stayed one night but told the host that I would come back and use the bike path seeing I had already spent the money. I see that she has already changed the photo. I also loved the fact that it was at the end of the road.
It was a nice location and lake access was easy. There wasn’t really a “beach” that was easily accessible but we made it work. If weather is warm, the property has no air conditioning so it was quite hot for sleeping a few nights, but Lynn was helpful with plenty of fans. The remote location was nice. Lynn lives on the property and when she had friends over sharing the property it was a little odd to share the space of the house but she was great about giving us privacy as much as possible. Morning coffee, yogurt/granola, and toast was nice. Lynn was very nice!
A quiet, serene place to relax and reboot your brain and body.
Lynn is a very gracious and accommodating host. The setting is picturesque. The house is at the end of a dirt road which may be inconvenient in heavy rain, but it also adds to the beauty because you have the feeling of being away from it all. The lake view provides 'eye candy' for the mind. I will definitely book with Lynn again if the opportunity arises.
She was phenomenal, she was caring, her home was beyond cozy! It was the best get away an definitely a stress reliever! I’m definitely will be going back soon!
Lynn's place is lovely - the aesthetic cozy warm place from another time. Lynn is a true artist. Not only is she an artist herself and an art teacher, but her house reflects her aestheticism. I loved our room with it's tastefully chosen artwork, bedding and well kept furniture from another time. It had a lot of personality and was very clean. Lynn picked wild flowers from her property and has a great eye for flower arranging; there were several bouquets. The bed was very comfortable. The forested walking path was a delight. One feels surrounded by nature. Lynn was very helpful in recommending local places to go. It's so nice to have breakfast offered. One can't beat the price either! A must stay for those who like the best of the simple pleasures in life.
I needed a place to unwind and relax but still close to amenities. Lynn was amazing and very gracious host. The house is clean and had everything you could ask for and more. The bike path is fabulous and the beach area was a great way to unwind.
It was prefect!
We are planning to move to the area and I will have to plan a staycation next time!!
This was the perfect place for our small family to stay!

Beautiful setting, peaceful and the owner was very friendly and helpful! Will return again!
Close to town of Newport, Vt and yet secluded in woods and right beside the Lake! Just wonderful! Beds were very comfortable and the lake view room was the best! Karen & Ron Fleming Lancaster, Pa
