- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Had a great time staying here for a couple of days during Cheeseburger. Location was perfect - just close enough to walk to town but still quiet.

One of my guest found sand in the upstairs bed. Air conditioner were loud. Leak in the bedroom downstairs above the bed. I feel for the price it should have been a little nicer. I know it was cheeseburger but the condition were bearable. It did have animal smell to it. Host communicated very well and responded quickly.

Thank you for the detailed feedback and for the kind words about communication. The leak in the downstairs bedroom has been repaired and the mattress replaced — that one should never have reached a guest, and I'm sorry it did. We've also switched cleaning crews at this property and had all the carpets cleaned, which should take care of both the odor and the sand in the upstairs bed. The AC units aren't the quietest, but they keep the house genuinely cool through the summer. Feedback like this is how the place gets better, so thank you for being specific.

Shops and restaurant was nice and close walking distance the beach was beautiful but a hike, maybe drive u less u want a nice long walk. House was big and supplied everything u need thanks
