The house was super clean, so spacious and furnished/decorated just beautifully!! It literally had everything you need and made our stay so smooth and nice for my family! We were very happy with this house & would definitely book it again!

I rented this house for a week’s vacation for my seven-member family. We arrived on Wednesday afternoon and, while unpacking, noticed a green (sewer) flag by the back door. Friday morning, raw sewage began backing up in the shower in the back bathroom. We called management, who promised to send someone out to address the issue, and went about our sightseeing. When we came back in the afternoon, the sewage had not been addressed. I had to contact management, who told us the main sewer line for the house was broken, needed to be dug up (including through the floor in the family room), and we needed to vacate the house. The presence of the green flag suggests management knew there was a sewer problem but rented the house, anyway. Although “Will” promised to refund the money, I received a refund for less than half, even though we spent only two of seven nights in the house. No other rentals were available (peak season); ruined our vacation.
