We're happy to open our 125-year-old carriage house to visitors! Very private, but just minutes by foot to Court Street.
Why they chose this property
The Near East Side is considered a most desirable Athens neighborhood. Filed with beautiful, historic homes on tree-lined streets, it is zoned A-1. meaning it is primarily single-family homes with limited student rentals. Many OU faculty and staff walk to work. The Cozy Carriage House is nestled behind the main home built by former OU Business College President, John Copeland, who's name graces Copeland Hall.
