Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do not exit through the garage—locksmith fees will be your responsibility. Keep the pool fence door unlocked at all times.
Trash is collected every Friday. Use brown bins only. Place all trash inside the bin and set it curbside by 7:00 AM with the handle facing the house. Return the bin by 7:00 AM the next day.
Recycling is on Thursdays. Use only the green bin. Rinse items and place them loose—no bags. Set curbside by 7:00 AM, handle facing the house, and return by 7:00 AM the next day.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
When you arrive, please do a thorough walk-through and note any existing damage you are not responsible for.
The vacation home is in a resort-residential area. Enjoy the amenities, but please keep noise to a minimum in the pool and lanai.
Park side by side on the driveway. Do not block sidewalks, mailboxes, or park on the grass—violations may lead to towing or irrigation pipe damage.
