Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Turn off air conditioner or turn heat thermostat down
-Wash dishes in sink and place in drainer on counter
-remove left over food and drinks from fridge
-Dispose of trash inoutdoor garbage can located on the west side of the house
-If outdoor grill was used, verify that propane is off
-Lock back door to laundry room
-Securely close front door and screen
-Return key to lockbox. Press any key to lock box after closing
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
• Quiet hours between 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM
• No parties, loud disturbances, or noise nuisance are allowed or tolerated
• Enjoy the patio deck, grill, backyard, and fire pit, but please use caution and clean up after use
• Washer/dryer available for guest use. Do not overload
• Dispose of trash in the outdoor garbage bin located on the west side of the house
