There are 4 bakeries in 6 blocks! It's a five minute walk to the Gay Village and Radio Canada.
What makes this property unique
Artists loft, featured in the Globe and Mail design feature "My Favorite Room". Beautifully maintained, our home is full of art and design. In the winter months with the fireplace roaring it can pass for a chalet in the woods, in the summer, lounging on the highest garden deck in the area, living at Beaudry feels like a cottage was dropped in the middle of the city.
The kitchen is a joy to cook in and despite it's urban setting there is a tranquility to this loft that is very peaceful.
