Guest access
Guests enjoy full private access to both units, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchens, patios, and balconies. Shared community amenities include outdoor hot tubs, BBQ grills, and clubhouse picnic areas.

Important note: Due to scheduled building maintenance, the indoor hot tubs will be unavailable for use throughout the summer, starting on May 1, 2025.

As part of our safety and compliance process, all guests complete a brief identity verification through our trusted screening partner after booking. In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures.

Your stay includes access via electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided at check-in. A refundable security deposit to cover replacement fees will be collected through our secure verification partner before arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Further details will be provided during your reservation verification process.
