This property is ski in/out via the Burro Trail but please note it is for advanced skiers only. Maps to the runs and house are provided upon booking.

Ski Out - From the Burro Trail at corner of Gold King and White Cloud Drive follow path down to Lower Lehman and the base of Peak 9. This is the official neighborhood access point for all homes. All homes in this neighborhood have the same legal access.

Ski In - You must ride the Falcon chair to the top of Peak 10. Proceed down Cimarron, a black diamond, to the back country gates on the cat walk, follow the path to the home. Exit via the neighbor hood access point at Gold King and White Cloud to avoid trespassing. This is the official neighborhood access point for all homes. All homes in this neighborhood have the same legal access.

Summer Seasonal Information:
• Close to hiking, mountain biking, and water sports.
• Downhill hike to town (about 3/4 of a mile) along side a stream
• Hiking and mountain biking trails that we connect to directly to the Burro Trail outside the home
• Whitewater rafting, Horseback Riding, Paddle boarding, Dog Sledding, Snowmobiling, Zip Lines, Adventure Parks, are all with in miles of the home

From our first trip to Colorado in 1993, we knew this was a special place. Managing this home and offering it to others allows us to share this special place with so many people. Trip after trip we learned that each season brings so many memories, we hope you start making those memories as well in Breckenridge, CO.

Why they chose this property

This home has multi-generational living spaces within this six level sprawling estate.

Inside where the kitchen and glass enclosed breakfast nook, the loft, the great room, the hot tub, the deck and large yard,. Towards the back we have a second living room/game room with wet bar area. Our home can provide the opportunity for the family to gather together, or spread out. The home has high vaulted ceilings in both living rooms, the master bedroom, and breakfast nook!

The Warriors Mark neighborhood is a quiet enclave adjacent to the ski resort. We are at the end of a cul-de-sac. We have great sunset ski resort mountain views of Peak 8 from the great room, hot tub and deck. Locally, we are about two miles from historic downtown Breckenridge and the ski gondola. There is loads of activities, shopping and restaurants in town as well as on mountain. It's only a short drive to 6 more world class ski resorts, whitewater rafting, stand up paddle boarding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, horse back riding, gold mine-tours, road biking, kayaking, mountain biking and four wheeling!

We offer a complementary welcome Zoom call where we go over the area with Virtual Tour to go over the home, and offer suggestions on things to do and help you get the most out of your trip.
