Welcome to our cozy condo, conveniently located just off the 25th street Pier stop in central Galveston - a stone's throw away from everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. Our condo is just 1.5 blocks from the beach and diagonally across from public amenities like tennis courts, a dog park, an outdoor gym, a skate park, children's playgrounds, a splash pad, and a recreation center with an indoor gym. Our two-bedroom beachside condo is designed to provide a comfortable stay for solo travelers, couples, or families. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed adorned with luxurious linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, featuring a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top, perfect for kids or additional guests. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials you need to whip up a meal, including a Keurig coffee maker, a full-sized refrigerator, and a range. Parking is included on the property, and there is also free street parking available for additional cars. For those who prefer to walk, the beach is just steps away. For your convenience, there is a free laundry room located on the first floor of the building
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the living room, bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and workspace as well as the outdoor patio and shared laundry room.
Upon completing a reservation I will email you our rental agreement that explains check-in, check-out, what to bring and who to call.
Our home is in a friendly neighborhood, just 1.5 blocks from the beach and central to the heart of Galveston. The building is also gated for extra safety. You'll find public tennis courts, an outdoor gym, a dog park, a skate park, a recreation center, and children's playgrounds just steps away from our front door. Additionally, we are just two blocks from the famous Pleasure Pier and the trolley to downtown, making it easy to explore the city's attractions, restaurants, and shops. Getting Around: The property is within walking distance of many local attractions, and the trolley to downtown is just two blocks away. There is also free parking on site and free street parking available if you choose to bring a car.
What to bring:
A. We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc., grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal, laundry soap, etc.
B. A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional products during their stay.
C. Beach and Pool items: towels, chairs, umbrellas, sun block, repellents and toys!
Leaseholder must be at least 25 years old
Quiet Hours 10PM-6AM
House occupancy will not be exceeded.
Loud music and noise is prohibited.
All cars & guests will be registered with the rental office at check-in, and all cars will be parked in the driveway.
When parking cars on the street, vehicular traffic will not be impeded. Posted street signage (speed limits, parking) will be obeyed.
Cars will not be parked on lawns or in a neighbor’s driveway.
Vehicles will not be driven or parked anywhere where not allowed. Motor homes, campers and tents are prohibited and may not be parked or hooked up at rental homes.
Only people with a valid driver’s license may operate a golf cart. Police will issue tickets.
Non street-licensed vehicles (such as 4 wheelers, go carts, dirt bikes, scooters, ATVs, etc.) are not permitted anywhere on Galveston Island. Barbeque grilling on decks is strictly prohibited; it is a fire hazard.
RAIL WARNINGS- It is extremely important that all guests be aware to never place weight on the railings. We encourage caution and awareness when on decks and balconies. Bolts can become compromised due to the corrosive nature of the saltwater climate in Galveston.
Hanging or throwing items from balconies is prohibited.
Only registered pets are allowed in SOME rental homes and a $100 non-refundable fee has been collected. Leash laws must be obeyed at all times.
