!La Casita es muy hermana!

Just a lovely home designed and decorated with such good taste. Photos depicting the home are true to form. We had everything we needed and then some. Extra touches like pool towels, a doggie water bowl and solo cups (so we didn’t have to wash many dishes) made for an easy stay. Very clean upon arrival as well. We found ourselves going from room to room appreciating the colors and the artwork. Of course, we spent every day in the pool. So inviting and relaxing and soothing after busy days sightseeing, shopping and eating. We felt safe our entire visit and loved exploring the neighborhood looking at all the homes. We spent time at the Seawall Blvd and exploring the East and West ends of the island. We shopped at Murdochs and spent several hours sitting on their pier watching the waves with frozen Margaritas in hand. We also really shopped the Strand and went a little crazy (with our $$$) but made some great purchases! We visited a couple of beautiful Catholic churches along with stopping by the Old Catholic Cemetery that is covered in wildflowers. We enjoyed so much great dining eating at Mario’s on the Seawall and we ate twice at Willie G’s. It was that good! We had a great trip and it was very nice to know that we would be coming home to this beautiful home and hop right in the pool to languish. We would definitely stay here again and very likely will for our future visits.

Great Location and Excellent Amenities

This property is located in the middle of old Galveston, about halfway between the Strand and Seawall Boulevard. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. We had no issues parking our car on the street overnight. The house is the perfect size for a couple or small family. Cleanliness and appearance of the property seemed to be priorities. The pool has a heater and chiller for use year-round. Communication with the host was excellent prior to and throughout our stay. I plan on staying at this property again, should the need arise.

Spring Break getaway

Cute little house! Comfortable beds, lots of towels and the kitchen well stocked. The heated pool all to ourselves was perfect. Short drive to the stand and seawall.

Family weekend getaway for 14yo birthday!

We had a lovely time at the Casita! The pool was so warm, even in the chilly rain. The house was very cozy and accommodated the four of us and our two pups perfectly. Great communication from property manager. Very close to everything. House was painted white in the online listing but painted black when we arrived- didn’t change the experience, just wanted to note it. Good supply of cooking utensils in kitchen, cute decor throughout.
