Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We ask that before you leave you wash any beach towels that were used. Please put them in the dryer and turn on. The cleaners will fold them and put away
If you rented the golf cart, please return keys to the lock box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This home was very nice and very clean. We had no issues with checking in. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of.

This was by far one of our favorite properties we’ve stayed in at Oak Island. It was very clean and met, actually, exceeded our expectations. The hosts were extremely easy to work with and very responsive during our check-in process. We had no issues during our stay. The golf cart was very nice to use to carry our things to the beach and back. They really thought of everything in this rental property! It was very nice not to have to bring our own canopies, chairs and umbrellas for the beach! Next year when our family has a new baby, it will be great to not have to bring all the baby items from home too! The location is very nice and in close proximity to the grocery stores, ice cream, putt-putt, the splash pad and playground, etc.. It’s also in a nice area to take bike rides with the kids. We will be back for sure! Thanks so much Christina and Dennis!!

This beach house was fantastic for my family! It had the perfect floor plan to accomodate our party of 7. The ease of going in and out of the home with no flights of stairs was wonderful for my elderly mother and all of our suitcases, and the fenced in back yard was great for our dog! Communication with the hosts was fantastic - they are super friendly and helpful and respond right away. The golf cart made getting to the beach very easy and was great! The house was super clean and decorated very nice. We also enjoyed the screened in back porch. A real winner all around and definately worth returning to!
