This is a Time Share hotel suite, and even though the host says you can decline the sales presentation,,, you still have to get past the sharks and the high pressure sales tactics. The hotel was amazing, great amenities, but, just as good at much less stressful hotels. After you get your key card from the front desk, DO NOT go to the second counter (she’ll send you there). RUN to the elevator. Loved the room, the pool, the gym, just hated the Sharks.
