Pros: clean. Location to national parks good. Price. Con: description of listing not very accurate - there is a rental above you as well - you hear every single noise and will smell what is cooking. We unfortunately had people above us blaring tv/playing games until 2-3am every night. Might be ok if nobody is above you.
