We're both originally from sunny California, but have raised our family in middle Tennessee since 2000, and now enjoy being young grandparents, and active real-estate investors, as well as hosts of a collection of beautiful and unique properties.
We especially enjoy this location due to the vibrant historic downtown, and close access to the river, kayaking, and hiking.
