• The pool heat is NOT included in your stay
• Pool heat fee: $30/day (taxes not included)
• Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-day advance notice
• Note: It takes 24 hours for the water to be heated

Overall was a great place to stay! Check in was a breeze. Comfortable beds, fun character themed rooms, updated design and lighting features throughout and clean from top to bottom. Kitchen was nicely equipped; we were able to prepare breakfast almost daily. Game room was fun for the whole family. A few complaints based on the rental price and quality of the home: bath towels are thin; paper towels/toilet paper/dish soap are all low quality & few extra backups provided; only 2 kitchen trash bags provided. All complaints could be easily remedied it seems by increasing the quality and availability of the items mentioned. We enjoyed our stay with our family and would happily stay here again!

Amazing stay! 10 of us stayed here very comfortably. The kids, of course, LOVED the game room! BONUS: when they’re in there with the door closed, the rest of the house really can’t here what is going on there so it was extra nice for the adults. Note: I could not figure out the games But my teen kiddos did (even though we are a video game free house at home). Also, and this is pretty typical thing we’ve seen in rental homes, there really isn’t good serving dishes for big families. We made a big salad and could only put it in a 13x9 glasspan (which there was only 1). There is a set of bowls (sized medium to small). So if you’re planning on cooking/ serving food for a crowd, I’d pick up some foil pans to use. The home was immaculate! Well designed. Comfortable. Clean. Truly a perfect place to stay.
